Character Still Stuck After Using Unstuck Function

Exactly as the title suggests, I cannot move my character, even after using unstuck. I can fast travel, travel to other players, etc. but each time I zone in, I zone in, in a way that appears to have stuck me in the ground. I can't even so much as turn. I'm just stuck.
