Need some advice

I have a VR9 Dragonknight that I haven’t played in like 8-9 months. All skills/attributes/champion points are reset. I want to level it to VR14 and I’m looking for some recommendations on good builds here or somewhere else that would allow me to solo my way thru all quests, world bosses, etc. (I know I used to solo most stuff back then). I can craft anything so, at least until I get VR14, crafting set combinations would be best. Thanks in advance for the help and recommendations!!

I'd recommend 7 medium armor (hunding's rage + night mother's as crafted sets), a two handed weapon, and a bow. That is, if you're fine playing a melee-centric character.

Two handed excels at single target melee damage now, and is great for soloing since it includes a stamina-based heal and 20% damage buff via momentum/rally. The last time you were online, two handed was probably considered a joke, just know that it's been seriously buffed.

Dual wield, on the other hand, seems a little less efficient than it used to be, and mostly seems to focus on area-damage now. It's got a new ability, blade cloak, that reduces aoe damage you take while dealing damage to nearby enemies every few seconds.

The bow has also received some improvements, though nothing as drastic as 2handers. At any rate, it's always useful to have a ranged weapon, and the bow is the only thing to fill the slot for stamina builds.

As far as dragonknight specific changes:
Searing Strike Now has a stamina morph, so it can be used as a go-to attack for stamina builds and scales off of weapon damage.
Fiery breath also now has a stamina morph, on the version that reduces enemy armor, so it gives you an aoe damage option for your stamina builds (pairs nicely with 2h's brawler, too).

Check out Deltiasgaming.com he has some great info on there about builds and general game info. He has a stam based and magic based DK build on there. I have used quite a few of his builds in the past and they are all amazing.
