Consider running dual wield as opposed to a destro staff where possible. The extra spell damage from dual wield will make all ur spells much more effective. You'll need a destro staff for PvE, as Force Pulse filler is a must for sustained DPS. However, in PvP, its all about dat burst deeps.

you want bolt escape on your dmg bar enabling you to proc frags by strreaking to get controll over to aggressive charger. and you probably want entropy on you frag bar aswell to powerup frags by might of the guild additionally as switching your bars twice to activate frags su.ks tremendously.
mage wrath is significantly weaker than curse so if you have to chose either or pick curse. (mage cant apply its bonus dmg vs shielded players and its delayed deliverance makes is useless against every one with a healer in healing rnange saddly)
mundus: apprentice as every one and their mother is wearing more and more nirn items every bit of resi pierce you can get is worth its weight in gold...
sets: personly i´m using warlock (2 small armor pieces with max lvl 12 items available using it on head/torso or legs is waisting to much defense for nothing) , 4x martial knowledge, 2pieces torugs (heavy torso+staff both nirn)
I did though before about using dual wield(for the bonus dmg), in PVE it didn't worked out for me too much.. I needed to keep my distance. I didn't tried it in PVP but I think my play style won't change that much.. I'll still want to use a range normal attacks..Consider running dual wield as opposed to a destro staff where possible.
