Black Untextured Characters

Anyone else seeing this? It seems to be happening most in highly populated towns with a lot of player characters running around, but it's still fairly intermittent. It looks like a pitch black character silhouette while the texture loads, then usually pops to the fully textured character within a second or so, but every once in a while, it takes forever. At that point, it's hard to ignored so many pitch black silhouettes running around.

Hey there, @Nathrandir. This is a known issue that we're looking into. For now, we recommend completely shutting down your system, then rebooting it. Thanks!

Its a console power issue , buy PS4 PRO and put SSD inside , problem solved(atleast for me).
