My character is invisible and I cant move!!

I joined a campaign in Cyroldiil and when I was finished with the "Longer loading screen" I was snapped in first person, I kept switching cameras until I released I apparently didnt have a character, even when I pressed start no character appeared, I also cannot move, I can crouch and enter stealth but cannot move my character or my camera. I've restarted my xbox several times and even created a new character only to have the glitch also on my new character. Does anyone know how to fix this or does anyone know when Zenimax will fix this? I'd hate to have to delete my character after 8+ hours of time. This launch has gone so terribly...

I've been having the same issue for about 2 days now.

I created a new character just to see if it was a character related issue, and I have the same issue with the new character.

I can use the start/select and Xbox One guide button, as well as the D-pad, but when I am outside of the menu, I cannot move my character or my camera, nor can I see my character in 3rd person.

I've tried the following:

• Logging out, waiting 5 minutes, and logging back in
• Logging out, turning off Xbox One, waiting a few hours, and logging back in
• Making a new character
• Using "Get me Unstuck" to go to the nearest Wayshrine
• Turning off controller and using a different controller

None of the above have solved the problem. It's not character-related, so my guess is that it's account-related.

Here's hoping we get a fix soon.
