Switching weapons without going into menu on console (PS4)

Discussion title pretty much says it all. I'm new to elder scrolls online but not to elder scrolls, and being able to switch weapons in the middle of combat was pretty handy since it saves time, and now that there is going to be PvP it's essential. I found the wheel when you press up on d-pad but haven't got anywhere from there. Thanks!

✭✭✭✭✭You need to be level 15 to unlock weapon swap. Until then, you can only have 1 weapon set ready and need to switch manually through the inventory.
