Need some pointers with early to mid levels with a NB (bow/2h/dual wield)

I don't really need a build but some pointers of key skills.

Im currenlty level 13 and leveling up a Khajit NB using Bow. At 15 I'll use 2 skill bars, 1 with bow and 1 with a melee (2h/dual wield). Ive been reading that in PvE 2h seems to be better, especially with a skill that heals???

But for sake of argument, what skills in which skill tress tend to be considered better, especially as your leveling up to 50.

1)Bow: what skills/passives should i be grabbing (also which ultimate)
2)2h: what skills/passives should i be grabbing
3)Which ultimate?
4)in case i decide to switch to dual wield, what skills/passives to crab as i level up

PS. This is a crafting character so I need to manage skill points. Im thinkning of literally only leveling up 2 weapon types early on and minimize passives to maximize the effects of a short skill bar if possible.

PPS. enjoying the slow progression, no rush, so im making sure to keep 1 skill from each class skill tree.

Bow:
Snipe and it's morphs will be your best source of single target damage.
Magnum shot synergizes really well with critical rush from the 2handed line, especially in pvp.
Volley and bombardment can be paired for good aoe damage and control of groups.

2h:
Wrecking blow is the go to ability for damage here, knocking the target back while dealing heavy damage and causing your next attack to deal even more damage. You can spam wrecking blow for a good sustained damage output.
Momentum with the rally morph is your heal, and self damage buff. Arguably the best skill in any of the weapon lines.

Ultimate depends on situation. Death stroke for single target damage while soloing. Veil of blades for a damage resistance boost and aoe damage output. Soul strike for a ranged ultimate when using your bow. Flawless dawnbreaker for the passive weapon damage boost.

Actually i just though of something.. What about class skills? Are any of the lines over all better or are any of the skils really good in PvE primarily (or PvP)..

While leveling just level everything not concentrating on specific ones. You never know which skills are the better ones next month. Take all passives. Not much matter while you go through 1-50 and not that much even V1 to V14. In V14 you start to use the best suited skills only while you do end game trials. And for the builds there are many threads giving ready builds to use for specific classes and weapon choices.
