so... why am I still dodging heals?

Major evasion makes you dodge heals, I'm not sure if all heals are affected or not, but I can tell you that sap essense (called sap will in the combat log) is definitely affected.

I hope this gets fixed.... kind of annoyed that it's been ignored like other issues.

    I use double take and have not noticed that i am dodging heals,

    but then i sometimes feel i am not dodging damage either,

    Just watched my character dodge 2 heals in a row... they won't show up in the combat log when it happens. (damage attacks won't either) It's easy to tell with sap since every time you use it, it should heal you.

    You don't even need to mob nearby to test it, just put on the dodge buff and spam the heal, watch your character dodge some of them.

    If you're in combat (at least that's how my combat log works) you can clearly see that the dodged heals don't heal you.

    I wonder how many heals this affects.

    Double take and sap is perfect to build ulti when there are no enemies;)

    Sure, not so good Healing Springs does before 1.6 but still gain ulti...

    It also works for others... You spam sap and they active double take or medium armour skill and get ulti points for dodging your sap healings;-) I have reported it long time ago, but...

    Wow, yeah I have the same. He just dodges the sap's heal without any enemy around.

    Also tried it with Refreshing Path, but he doesn't dodge the heals there. I guess it's just the Sap Essence.

    Its even simpler than that, they just have to roll dodge your sap every couple seconds ^^

    I hope they dont fix it :D

    so this would explain why my NB tank would just randomly dodge 4 times in a row when there are no mobs hitting me in a dungeon.

    Well, I'm just going to say, maybe you're trying to make the game a bit harder ;) So your refusing healers.

    But really, ouch. I might have to take a look... maybe I can blame that on me dying.. .

    EDIT: just to be more clear - people can dodge heals of Templar healing ultimate. Caster(Templar) is also dodging his own heals form healing ultimate if under Evasion buff.

    Also works with dodge roll... I wonder if this also makes you dodge heals? :smiley: But really, this isn't surprising at all... I mean, that CP that reduces critical hits on you also makes critical heals heal you for less :wink:

    I heard about this tonight but the person that told me thought it was only the Hist Bark Set that was causing heals to be dodged. After further testing I can confirm that the Hist Bark Set, Evasion, and Dodge Rolling dodges the Templar Healer Ultimate Remembrance.

    Here is a video that anyone can reproduce.

    Maybe what we need is an undodgeable heal, built like RD, for healing our side's dodge rollers? Call it Radiant Healing and give it a green ray. It could be our only targeted heal.
