Xbox One Question Regarding Skills

I was wondering if there is a way to have more than 5 normal skills equipped at the same time? There is: X, Y, B, LB, and RB... if i have more than 5 skills i have to disable some, there isnt a way to have them all equipped with maybe a command to bring up a second hotbar? Thanks.
