Im still being booted every 5 mins while defending a seige, im on NA usin Xbox One. This is really getting frustrating. Its saying i need proper internet connection, i infact have proper connection. Please help wtf is goin on??0 -

Reboot Xbox One and then start ESO. The update from today's maintenance should then start. Once the update has finished, you should then have access to the servers once again. Enjoy! The update only took 2 minutes on high speed internet.

Called my internet provider, they reset my stuff and told me im at 100% still getting booted. Xbox one NA. Dafaq.0

At first, for say, 45 minutes after getting the patch, the game (on Europe server) ran much better than it has been for the past couple of days; no invisible NPCs or instantly crashing the moment I set foot in a crowded town. I even managed to get some questing done. I was satisfied and of course got my hopes up. Then it booted me. And I have been having issues for the past hour or so getting back on. It keeps 'timing out' after only 2 seconds of trying to load the server, or it tells me (as if it is MY fault) that I need a valid internet connection. My internet is 100%. It's a strong and fast connection. No problems. It's not an issue with Xbox Live, either. Is it just a massive influx of activity after the patch release, or what? Hmm...we'll look into things on our end. Might be unnecessary, but could you try rebooting your system and see if that helps?

I hard reset my consel everytime i go to bed. And ive reset my router myself twice once lastnight and once an hour or so ago. I just called my provider and they reset it on their end. Im at 100% and im still being timed out to main. This is getting rediculous. Every time i i defend or attack a keep in pvp i get lagged out and booted. I have high speed internet. Whats goin on. No replies. NA Xbox one.0

Hmm...we'll look into things on our end. Might be unnecessary, but could you try rebooting your system and see if that helps?
Thank you for getting back to me. I tried rebooting my system several times, even resetting my internet connection, and it is still having issues with both servers.0 -

I have a question. Did the patch break anything ?. The reason I'm asking is I'm on a PS4 and we get our patch tomorrow.
When I first started on the PS4 like a lot of others here I was getting lots of errors, bad q time, not able to login at all, characters wouldn't load etc.
So I tried the login to the EU server and then back to the NA server, that helped for a short time. Then I started getting the notification that my PS4 wasn't connected to the internet when I knew i was. I ran the test in the PS4 options and it said I wasn't connected. So I shut my comp down completely not just a restart, started it back up then unplugged my modem and router for about a minute, plugged them back in and after a few minutes I started my PS4 back up and all was well, no bad internet notice.
I have been playing for the last two weeks with hardly any problems at all. Very little lag and sometimes the other players are all black but that goes away after a couple seconds. Voice chat is fine, no invisible NPC's, crafting is ok, quests are ok.
I did the $20 copy special and copied my Collectors Edition over to the PS4. So since all PS4's are the same and we all copied working copies of the game over I'm kind of thinking a lot of there errors are not ZOS's fault but something else, ISP's maybe. I live in florida and and have road runner. Just a thought.

Was there supposed to be a fix to the 'The Prisoner of Jathsogur' quest in the Aldemeri Dominion main questline.There are a ton of people gathered around the spawn location to defeat the Silvenar's captive so she never spawns.Can this be made a solo instance or is there a problem with the spawn timer. Please look into this and respond to us it's getting extremely frustrating and we're feeling ignored.

BigKingKazSoul ShrivenMyself and a friend are both Khajiit nightblades and are running into an issue where our character gets disarmed and none of our skills are useable for a minute. Its happens a lot. And there is no specific triggers that we have noticed. It just happens. Its been getting us into some awkward situations and killed frequently and none more awkward then when in pvp and in a fight.0

My action bar not working still has not been answered... I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting, I have tried delting the saves on my ps4 harddrive... what the hell...0

Unfortunately, no. This is something we're still working on fixing, and hope to have an update as soon as possible. As a temporary workaround, we recommend allowing the enemies that appear upstairs to travel downstairs before attacking them to complete the quest. Not ideal, but you could also attempt completing the quest when it's not quite so busy.
Keep an eye out on upcoming patch notes--once we have a fix, we'll push it live.0 -
BusterreiverSoul ShrivenJust applied the update on xbox one and now the game gets stuck on an infinite loading page before character selection. Rebooted three times. Previously had the invisible npc issue and a couple of crashes mid session, really haven't been enjoying my experience of this game so far, I can hardly play it and I spend half the time on the forum looking up the issues I'm having.0

Unfortunately, no. This is something we're still working on fixing, and hope to have an update as soon as possible. The problem with your suggestion is that there are so many trolls intent on preventing the community, as a whole, from completing this quest that it is impossible to do. I have sat in there for hours with hundreds of other players and every single time we get anything that resemble organization, to the point that no one is near her, or attacks her, there is always one person that attacks on purpose. This should be considered griefing or harassment, however the community is afraid to report them due to the belief that there will be negative repercussions for reporting. I personally am very disappointed that the issue with this quest has been allowed to linger this long. I have seen similar posts from march of 2014, dealing with this issue. We need less answers and more action, and the community needs the support of the Devs........Edited by isfiz on 23 June 2015 20:050 -

FYI: This was before the patch, I have yet to play after the patch.
Been noticing a TON of this in shadowfen. I did a run of the area to get all the wayshrines on my map (to make questing simpler later). I ran into a whole bunch of quest-giving NPCs, but about half of them (typically on the north-side of the region) simply weren't there.
I saw the quest giver Icon on the compass and the npc's name (Don't have exact names here as I can't remember) appeared when I looked at where they should've been.
Sometimes I could see the prompt to interact with them (along with their names right next to it) but it wasn't always the case.
I was playing the game for...about 45 minutes before it started happening. I can't be too sure though.
I also noticed I was getting attacked by invisible things a whole bunch around the south-east part of the region.Guildmaster of Spectral Liberty - Xbox One - European Megaserver0 -
XyrcusSoul ShrivenHaving issues deleting some of my characters. It say's I have 0 left to delete? I currently have 4/8 and would like to keep my argonian and delete the rest. Is there an issue here or do i have to wait 24 hrs? Please help!
