NB: debuffs from stealth

What buffs n debuffs a NB can apply from stealth without alert the enemy, been mob or player?
Lets get snipe as an example... How are all options i have to raise the dmg from snipe from stealth? mark target, 9% from bosmer/khajiit, what else?

Grimfocus adds a buff to damage(8%),
Cripple will actually damage the opponent and adds a speed buff,(kicks you out of stealth for a second)
Take a 2H weapon use rally which increases damage by 20%

Look at sets like achers mind, +15% damage from stealth,
or Stygian, (+20%)

Also other sets that just increase weapon dmg(hundings rage, Morag tong, etc)

Remember that crit used to be huge but now is not. Weapon damage = fast kill,
