list of ACTIVE skills with PASSIVE bonuses?

is there a list, or previous post i have over looked containing all of the skills that have passives while equipped?
for instance swallow soul, 8% increase to all incoming healing when equipped on the active skill bar.
the best custom builds come from the use of these skills, and thus i think we should compile a quick list of them for further reference. If theres no previously created lists, ill spend tomorrow compiling one off of the skill calculator on esohead.com. this will help many of the new commers on console. see you guys out there

TheSunAlsoRises✭✭✭i've not come across one but that would certainly be very handy. things have changed so much for guys like me who quit a long time ago that i'm only now starting to realize new things like entropy or the change to magelight.
