Need advice with my Redguard NB stamina build

I bougt this game when it came out, played a few hours and then quit, because i came across an exploit. So i´m a newbie.
Yesterday I decided to give this game another try, and realised that this game in its current state is totally worth playing - to say the least. But i dont want to play to a higher level, and then have to delete my char because i leveled the wrong skill trees.
Any advice from Vets on how to build a stamina based - Redguard - NB for PvP, would be very appreciatet.

i'll let others answer your build question but to your initial concern about having leveled the wrong trees is misplaced. you can always change your skills, attributes etc. if you don't like them for a small fee at your faction's main town. so making a mistake while leveling is not a big deal.

Your already at a great start with a Redguard and their stamina bonuses.

While leveling them up you'll want to use multiple weapons for them. Like a Bow and 2 handed weapons. Also grab two 1h weapons for duel wielding. Get all the weapons with training on them at first to build those skills quickly. You can always change out weapons at any time and build the skills up pretty fast with training on them. As @TheSunAlsoRises mentioned, reset your skills when you switch to new weapons to train in. This will help you be more balanced in those areas so you don't have to level them up later.

Look for or buy armor sets with + stamina and magicka, the more you have the more spells you can cast. For armor, use 5 medium and 2 heavy with training on them. The heavy armor will give you more armor and spell resistance so go with chest and legs for the best results.

Use enchants to offset the areas that your armor doesn't cover. If you need more health, toss on some health enchants, more magicka or stamina, grab a couple of those. You can also get weapon enchants that do damage and absorb health, magicka or stamina too.

Oh you want to be a stam NB . You my friend are going to become part of an unique group of uniquelly unique individuals.
You just have to follow these few complicated steps.
Step 1- Create NB -Redguard
Step 2-Equip 2H sword play a litle until you unlock wreaking blow.
Bonus: Also get bow and dual wield. Never write dual as anything other than duel.
Step 3--Equip WB on every skill slot. You can`t? Stop making escuses.
Step 4-Put all points into stam ,equip medium armor,stack weapon power in any way possible
Step 5-Roll face on keyboard until VR14.
Step 6- Come to forum and ask for Sorc and DK nerfs.
Super Bonus: Come to the forums to create regular fix cloack threads.
Step 7-Complain about magicka NBs playing the class ``wrong``. Ask for nerfs for magicka NBs.Use word like ``skirts`` and ``dresses`` and ``sticks`` and make coments about the manliness of those NBs.
Bonus points: make up stupid names like ``knightblade`` and ``siphonblade`` and ``snipblade``. Refer to NBs as ``rouge``,``the rouge class`` or ``rougelike``.

Congrats you are now awesoem Stam NB and we all love you.

Some good information here, but keep in mind that respecing is quick and easy. Leveling is so easy you can do it with the first two abilities in any weapon even with all of your points in magika. So don't worry about making mistakes, a couple of gold and your back on track.

Hi,

My 10 cents worth,

I have a stamina NB, Dual wield, Bow and 2H.

Yes weapon damage is critical, the higher it is the quicker you can nuke the opponent,
HOWEVER,
Resources are critical as i have come to realize and trading off weapon damage for the ability dive around and roll in the dirt is also necessary.

when i want to jump in and do damage i wear the following gear,
5 x Hundings rage,
4 x Morug Tong,
2 x Shadow Walker.

I am a Vampire for the sneak speed.

When i want to roll around in the dirt i use the following,
5 x air,
5 x shadowwalker.

All points into stamina and all enchants into stamina, and weapon dmg.
