Does the Twin Blade and Blunt passive from the dual wield line still affect spell crit?

Duel wielding passives USED to increase weapon and spell crit, but they quickly fixed that.

Now it just increases spell damage by having two weapons, but the passives in duel wield do nothing for a healer\magic based caster.

Still the 300 extra spell damage for duel wielding is nice

Yeah, the extra spell damage is still worth it for one weapon bar, anyway.

Twin Blade and Blunt does not effect spell crit when wielding daggers, at least not on your stat sheet.
