Dark Templar Build

This build has two different modes of play, in his primary mode, he is doing the damage, with melee weapons and abilities. I would be using this mode mostly through solo quests and things. His alternate mode, would be for group dungeons and things, when he switches to support role, giving out heals, and buffs.

Primary Bar: Carve, Critical Rush, Radiant Glory, Reflective Light, Puncturing Sweep, Werewolf Beserker

Secondary Bar: Combat Prayer, Mutagen, Ritual Of Rebirth, Restoring Focus, Radiant Aura, Empowering Sweep

Nothing "dark" in that build really, and little to no synergy. Carve is terrible damade, critical rush is a great skill as long as you are built for Stam as well as radiant sweep. The single best skill for 2h is Rally and if you aren't using that there's no point. Werewolf ult is a dps and survivability reduction compared to most other ults. You're running skills that scale off Magick and Stam. To do higher damage with this build you sacrifice healing power, to do better healing you sacrifice damage.

I think Radiant Glory is a little overkill on your primary bar. Puncturing Sweep and your Rest Staff swap should provide you with all the healing you need for soloing. Consider replacing it (Radiant Glory) with Channeled Focus; you'll be using it to help with stamina and magicka regen. Since everything else is aoe on the primary bar, consider swapping Werewolf with Empowering Sweep - so you get damage reduction while surrounded by mobs w/o swapping.

edit: If you make room for RG on your secondary bar, you'll have a support execute on the bar along with the means to restore the magicka it uses with the Rest Staff passives.

The werewolf transformation is the dark part, it's a shame there isn't more evil ability. The character's story is that once a powerful warrior /healer for the light, he fell out of it, after a fight with a werewolf that cursed him, and left him near death. Which of course is when he got abducted and sent to Coldharbour, to have his soul stolen. So now he follows a different path after his torment in oblivion.

Carve is really only on the bar for it's increased ultimate regeneration. Normally if I was to use one of it's morphs, it would be the one that give damage shield. As for Rally, I probably would use it if I only had more room on the bar to put it, but when you have three classes, and a weapon to try to pick skills for, the bars tend to fill up fast.
