Damage Mitigation Question

Does anyone know how damage mitigation from Champion Points, the Nord passive, and armor/spell resistance interact?

They could:
1. Be applied separately (say a 6% reduction from CP; then up to 50% from armor of the remainder: net damage 47%)
2. They could stack, so you just reduce the total armor you need to get to the cap (50%) or provide some debuff protection
3. They could combine is some other way (stacking), perhaps allowing you to get over the 50% cap with 50% armor + 6% CP + 6% Nord = 62% reduction)
