Khajiit & Bosmer - cause of stealth racials picked Khajiit between the two because I like them better aesthetically than bosmer.

Eh eh I know, Argonian racial are very mediocre however i don't think there is a "best" race for PvP, as with everything, depends on your build and what role do you want to fulfill!

Sure, for gankers and other builds focussed on stealth Khajiit is better, but there are different playstyles and Imerials are usefull for everything.

So you never push the stealth button unless you're on a nb or using a bow?

Altmer destroys Breton in every way imaginable.

Once Nirnhoned is fixed then I'd say Altmer.

Currently I'd say either Bosmer or Redguard is the strongest.

Imperial, More health, more stamina

Health is always good and stamina is a must for PvP. Plus, Red Diamond isn't bad either.

Everyone uses stealth. If not, then they don't know how to PvP in the slightest and are easy targets. I'm not talking about sneak attacking. But, just stealth. Even if i am a magicka sorc I am still going to stealth some time. Either to hide and get the first shot off, regardless of bonus stealth damage, which magicka doesn't have. Or, to hide while I am looking at the map, or to hide while I am looking down from a keep wall so I don't get hit while assessing the enemy. The list goes on. Everyone uses stealth. Just not as much as some others do.

I was letting him come to that conclusion ...but the point is stealth isn't just for gankers and benefits to stealth do benefit every build much like benefits to health benefit every build all builds use both. The question in my mind is a reduced stealth detection radius worth 20% health? Currently an opening blow can easily do more than 20% of a players life so my argument is that if that stealth reduction allows me to get the first (and with a stun lead possibly the second) hit then I have a considerable advantage in that encounter.

My sorc refuses to stealth unless I'm going AFK or something. Let them see me coming for all the good it will do them.

There is no build that couldn't accommodate imperial racial passives. +max health +max stam opens up a world of possibilities for all classes.

So you are telling me I don't know how to PvP because I say that Khajiit isn't a good race for most sorcs, magicka dks and magicka templars? I didn't say stealth is useless, I just said 12% extra health and 10% stamina is better than 10% more damage from stealth.

My very first time in Cyrodiil right after launch, I was in TeamSpeak with my guild. In his wisdom, the team leader said the most profound thing I've ever heard in relation to ESO PvP:

"If you're not stealthed, you're wrong."

Imperial is the best overall because of the huge attribute bonus.
Bosmer is good for stamina builds, especially for NBs.
Altmer is good for magicka builds, especially sorcs.
Dunmer DK is still a strong combination.

Khajiit have tails, and fur ...well I guess Bosmer have fur too (if they are mammals) but Khajiit have lots of fur. Plus Khajiit can always wear spikey Bosmer Armor, this one does not like pokey armor though, he likes the smooth feminine curves of Khajiit armor.
