Elemental Expert + DK question

so i basically want to know if the tool tip is bugged or this dosnt affect
elemental expert champ point in the apprentice line ( increase your flame, frost and shock damage by x%)
with 0 points i looked at how much flame damage my dk skills where doing and then added 20 points to elemental expert and said the damage was the same. tool tip broken or maybe it only effects like flame staffs or something?

another thing i noticed is that the valkyn skoria set say it does flame damage but the champ trait elemental expert does not effect this aswel well at least does not change the tool tip

Champion damage passives do not change your tooltip damage but they do in fact increase your damage. Test it. It takes less time to test it than it took you to make this thread.

i did end up testing it myself and yes it does work, and thanks. but there was no need to be a d**k and get off your high horse

perfectly valid question OP. ZOS needs to fix this ASAP. Your tooptip should show the damage increases from other sources.
