✭✭✭Yes to both, as that heavy armor passive increases all healing done to you, and the point of rally IS the extra burst heal given when re-casting it during glorious combat1 -
The Rapid Mending effect is not reflected in the Momentum tooltip, though FTC shows that healing has increased.0
