Critical Leech - 75 CP Passive Skill

Critical Strike means that it proc from spell/weapon crit.

I don't know how it proc and then, and problem is not in Addons, because sometimes very rarely FTC shows heal from Critical Leech, but i don't understand HOW it works.

It is if it stacks with other low heals then it can actually add up to a burst heal.

As i sad Addons register it, but the mechanic of proc is uknown.
And it dont stack with other heals.
Proof.

this is doenst work for spell damage ability (staffs, magicka skill based etc) this is only work for stamina skill , weapon damage ability etc etc , bacially its same like imperial red diamond passive. stupid right? im sad

EDIT : only physical damage can proc that , sorry

During update 6 PTS the tooltip was different and this star/passive skill kept that functionality based on physical critical hits.
Anyway, also for a stamina build, Critical Leech is not good compared to stars/passive skills requiring less CPs in other constellations because of the 5 seconds CD and the poor healing granted.

I'd consider it again only when above 585 CPs but only as a beneficial side effect, not as good as other stars.

yeah actually i m not aiming for that passive thou , i just put red CP into that reduce flame, ice , magic , etc etc. and having a bonus passive that heal is nice , but that heal only work for physical sadly. i mean in vDSA running with no healer is quite handy imo

Works great with caltrops, there is a red animation on your character when the heal proccs and with around 5 targets and high cc chance it seems to be proccing like it should be. Never tried it on a magicka build though.

try it , you cant :P only work for phsical damage.

I don't understand the "it's not that good so let's not worry about the broken passive" position.

I was also unaware that a NB could average 8K heavy attack while weaving. I don't have a fully leveled NB so I don't really understand the class, how does a NB do this? I thought a destro heavy attack (the OP looks to be using a staff) wasn't eligible for sneak attacks.

These are two different matters, at least in my post the position was not the one you wrote.
First there is the issue with physical critical hits and about this it is unclear if intended or not, considering the tooltip on update 6 PTS; so better report it as bug or receive an official explanation.
Second was simply a personal feedback about that passive.

According to tooltip it's "causing critical damage" and "can occur only once every 5 seconds". Not really unexpected that it doesn't work as it should. Because ZOS.

That's, too bad, I actually wanted to marginally complement my lack of self-healing with this CP passive.
