Reflective Scales

In preparation for Arena and Duelling PvP----> make it so reflective scales can only reflect one projectile, but ofcourse decrease the magicka cost drastically.

Maybe just remove dk as a class i guess, so you re happy right? People like yourself destroyed this game with the constant cry for nerfs instead of putting your head into the game and learning to actually play.

P.S.: I dont play dk on PvP.

As I posted in one of your other recent threads, Reflective Scales doesn't work on my end anyways. It lasts not even a second and cannot reflect more than 1 spell, if anything at all in that short time.

Yeah, they really should make it so that it cannot reflect anything in the first place, it'd be just enough for it to be a cool looking effect..

scales needs BUFFING.

it already can only reflect a maximum of four projectiles, and only lasts 4 seconds(not to mention it bugs out and fails to reflect projectiles every now and then)

i get what you are saying, but there are far greater concerns in preparation for arenas, such as ridiculous regen rates and the fact people can kill players in literally 1 second.

Nerf nerfhammers. I say. The last thing we need is less powerful anything. If you're silly enough to shoot anything at a DK after you see those great big wings without waiting a four count... well, your going to hurt yourself. Keep an eye out for those wings, @BugCollector ... Because scales has already been nerfed a great deal. If they nerf it more, might as well just remove it altogether.

Im a sorc, and im realy pissed of when my frags are reflected sometimes cause of ping, but no more nerfs! Scales were already heavly nerfed, im standing with my brothers in arms DKs against nerfs. There should be warnings for threads like this... Nerf it because nerf it. No arguments just whine.

Interesting that some of the people calling loudly for Sorcerer shield nerfs defend Reflective Scales, which is far more PvP-abusive.

I have been killed by RS WHILST shielded, by my own Crystal Frags proc.

That tells you all you need to know about that...

Personally, I would rather see ALL shields removed from the game - I hate shields of all kinds... but ones which passively reflect a ranged attack 100% of the time whilst active, and amplify it's effect are an utter skill-less, OP joke.

Anyone defending them is only interested in continued DK dominance of PvP.

And before any lackwitted jokers start counter-accusing me of being a 'self-interested' Sorcerer player - I am on record as wanting a reduction in spike damage and removal of shields - both things that make PvP boring paper-scissors-stone.

One-shotting and hard shield-based ability counters are crap, frankly.

As a DK, I actually really enjoy these threads.... it reminds me of all the skilless fools I have slayed in PVP.

Of course you laugh - your skill-less PvP style is set to continue. After all, with so many PvP'ers choosing DKs as by far the best all round class, they cannot afford to balance them without upsetting all the precious little flowers playing them...

Their abilities still need fixing.

DK's are at position 3 right above templars but still lower than sorcs and nb's.

Good idea, reduce cost 4x make it only reflect one incrase duration to 10 sec or so perhaps. Its still way better then the reflect from sword and shield since it reflect ALL ranged projectiles, basicly making any ranged DPS forced to go toe to toe to DK ATM.

I really think the same way. Do you know why in X vs X battles reflective scale is really bad? Because all Sors and NB disappear and only templars and DKs stay on the front lines. Eveybody attacks them first because they dont have any chance to escape. Then when you cast your reflective scales just after half second it already relfects 4 projectiles and the worst thing is that you just reflected some light attacks and skills with less damage and when you want to reflect the meteor that is coming on you you just have to spam the skill as much as you can.
