Really? Zenimax, is this really another "working as intended" design decision for pvp? One of a plethora of skills that are capable of being ramped up by the player to hit the average players entire HP pool...and this is while eating through armor stats and passives etc. Your new strat on combat damage and scaling is atrocious. You guys had it nearly as close as possible to the "sweet spot" back in October post 1.3 for balance on skills and classes and siege. Of course there was still some work to do to get to the optimal sweet spot, but you were so so close. Now this whole system is trashed with all this b.s. one hit damage and cc locking, and let's not get into all the laundry list of combat and skills dysfunction that just compounds the horrific player experience in pvp combat.

These kinds of one shot numbers (and this is not even the highest numbers that I have seen either) does not make pvp more thrilling or exciting, it makes pvp less meaningful and leaves people frustrated and want to leave...AGAIN. I know what it does do, it sells copies............
