Issues Since coming back to ESO

Hi there
I came back to ESO after a good 5 month break and saw it had went F2P sort of mixed feeling about this but I did enjoy the game before all the problems got to much (bugs,nerfs sorry rebalance quest issues etc) Came back last week and had some fun with crafting again and met a few good people on the game
Laptop is 2 months old with a 20mbit ADSL2 Connection via a killer NIC card
32GB Ram 6gb Nvidia 970 2.5ghz - 3.2ghz CPU and 3 Raided SSD Samsung Evo 850 drives acting as my main gaming drive so hardware wise my laptop should be beyond perfect for ESO (and i only play on medium to low with some custom changes)
Few concerns which I dont know if they are being addressed
1: While on my Sorcerer when casting C/Shard 3/4/ times in a row the 3rd or 4th seems to cause the server/client to bug, My character moves back then forward 1 metre like its rubber banding and the skill doesnt go off, (I dont use any add ons apart from Lorebook) also tried removing this same issue after a restart
2: Werewolf Transformation on my Templar still seems to bug out of my last 34 transformations 23 of them have bugged and im still in human form, It was my understanding this was meant to of been fixed WAY back but alas seems its still not been fully corrected
3: Werewolf Transform skins ? I was certain the Berserker (Black with red eyes) and Pack leader (White with blue/yellow eyes) was suppsed to of been fixed also ? is there any update on this please?
4: Quest items (Levers, Doors, portal,NPCS) still after all this time seems I have to log out to the character selection screen then go back in to see these "invisiable " items was wondering since its been quite some time why all of these have not been fixed, I know i submuitted 18 tickets before i left regarding these
