Werewolf (WW) weaknesses.

Every time I see a comment mentioning werewolves, it seems like their weaknesses/debuffs are described differently. Sometimes people say they're only weak to poison and Fighter's Guild (FG) abilities while in WW form, then two comments later someone will say they're weak to FG abilities even in human form but poison only in WW form, then two comments later someone will say they're weak to poison and FG abilities in human and WW form. I'm coming to the conclusion that literally no one has ever tested any of this and the comments are just people parroting whatever poor information they first heard from someone else who was only parroting whatever poor information they first heard, etc.

Has anyone tested this? Or can anyone test this? Perhaps with a video to show that it's not just hearsay or that it wasn't just a poorly executed test?

You're affected by poison only in werewolf form, and by FG abilities also only in werewolf form. In your normal form you have no werewolf weaknesses, but you get the 15% stam recovery bonus always.

It has been tested. By me personally not just 2 weeks ago.

In human form you get the stamina regeneration and none of the poison weakness.

There is currently only one reason to not be a WW in human form, and that is if you want to be a vampire.

Pretty sure there is more than one reason. :p

Nope that is the only reason to be a 20 point ultimate. ZOS is not fixing them.. and they "are happy with them" (brian wheeler)

Ok, but you skipped the part where I asked if there was any kind of video proof or anything so that it's not just an issue with how you tested this or something like that. I've heard people say, "I've tested it I know," and then go on to describe something different than what someone else who also claimed to test it describes.

At the very least, could you explain how you tested this?

The WW weaknesses are only apparent in WW form.

im sure that will be changed in the future though for balance purposes

Video proof I do not have, but after going werewolf on my NB 2 weeks ago Lethal arrows me hit for about the same now as they did before. About 10-12k or so from stealth 5-6k not from stealth. If the 40% increase were there they would be closer to 17k and I would notice (and cure myself immediately).

I guess I could take a video of me running around in WW form in between keeps where all the LA spammers sit but...uugh.

poison only in WW form. yes it's true. take it. too many of us tested this already.

HOWEVER, FG skill... somehow i get critted with that damn evil hunter more often than now. not tested (probably its just me getting hit too many times in general) but sure feels that way.

I've tested this twice now. Lethal Arrow does tooltip damage to human werewolves.

Trust me all of the top players in PvP who are not Vampires are werewolves for this very reason. There is literally zero reason to remain a human.

I appreciate your feedbacks @danno8 and @Ezareth, but what about FG skills?

Everyone generally just says, "I've tested this," or, "It's been tested," but then only mentions either poison or FG skills or someone comes around right after and says the opposite about both. At the very least, testing methods would be helpful, and specifically stating which weakness(es) has/have been tested.

The 9% damage increase doesn't hit Werewolves in human form. Tested and confirmed based on tooltip versus actual damage. For vampires the actual damage is higher than the tooltip.

As far as Silver Bolts and Evil hunter, I can only think of two times I've seen evil hunter in my death recap(it now has a chance to hit everyone) and I've never seen Dawnbreaker or Silver bolts in a death recap. I PvP enough that I'm 99.9% certain that none of them can hit a werewolf, especially given their high proc rates.

I think it is safe to assume that in this case the people who know, actually know. I test everything.

Considering that I don't know who actually knows, then I can't go by that. If I believed everything some anonymous person on the internet told me they "knew," I'd be a ridiculously misguided individual. But thanks.

I had camouflage hunter proc twice in one death recap the other day on my WW in human form 6500 each. Isn't it a 4% chance for normally? Does seem unlucky, but possible.

You know I just had camouflage hunter proc again for over 7.7k on me. I am starting to think it may be affecting WW's in human form.

No it's a 4% chance but that's with every hit and DoT tick so dropping two DoTs for me porcs it on just about everyone two DoTs downs and front loaded burst four to hit damage ticks and hits a second and camouflage Hunter with hit eventually

Does the extra proc for Daedra and Undead show up as separate or is the damage all rolled up in one when that part of it procs?

Its 15% for Daedra and Undead instead of 4% but it have a 15% for Daedra and undead and 4% for humans if you use camouflaged Hunter from stealth its a bonus 5237 damage
