Quick, I need a health or stamina sorcerer build.

Between the 30k fire damage ballistas and every version of every class having survivability and mobility except stam sorcs, I'm about to quit until patches come about. I have rerolled my stats 9 times now trying to come up with builds that work. When I sacrifice health for stam I die too easily, when I sacrifice stam for health I can't cast anything b/c cast costs are too high and damage becomes gimped. I've been thinking of returning to a health/magika hybrid but they have severely gimped using equillibrium because it no longer stacks well with dark deal. I refuse the option of a full magicka build, it is a complete waste of orc racials.

I have about 20k health from ability points and 20k stamina from enchantments. Cost reduction jewelry and medium armour are your best friends. I agree that we're severely lacking in defenses, but we do have some. Immovable from the Heavy Armour tree is lovely, and you don't need to wear any heavy armour to use it. However, one piece of heavy and light could get you the 6% Undaunted Mettle bonus to resources.

I can spam most of my abilities many times before having to use Dark Deal with this setup.

In addition, Critical Surge and Evil Hunter will greatly improve your sheer power, health and stamina income, and even your crit rating. I currently get nearly 2400 weapon damage this way. Once I get a few more champion points in the Ritual sign, my critical hits (and in-turn my self-heals) will have a 72% chance to occur. (I use Hunding's Rage and Night's Silence. Night Mother's Gaze or Ashen Grip may be an option as well.)

(Edit: With food my health gets up to nearly 28k while in cyrodiil.)

Try this and tell me if you feel better:

Structured entropy (8% health)
Spammable weapon skill of choice
Lightning Form (if you have Ner'ieneth's)/Shuffle/Immovable (speed and/or damage mitigation/avoidance) OR Rune Cage/Frags/Weapon Charge (gap closer) OR Lightning Flood (if you have Skoria or Ner'ien'eth's set)
Evil Hunter (stamina regen and crit and proc dps boost, esp against vamps)
Bound Armaments (increased stamina and medium/heavy attack damage)

1v1
DW - cage, evil hunter, entropy, flurry to infinity... cage when needed.
2Hand - Stealth, uppercut, charge, execute till dead.
Bow - frag, heavy attack, snipe, entropy, frag if instant cast.

XvX
DW - evil hunter, entropy multiple targets as they come, lightning form, steel tornado until burnt.
2Hand - shuffle, evil hunter, brawler and heavy attack as needed for stam restore.
Bow - evil hunter, entropy multiple targets as they come, shuffle, flood, acid spray and heavy attack select targets.

You might have varying results as I don't know what your playstyle is.
