[Addon Request] Major/Minor buff tracking

Hi all,
I was wondering if it's possible to create buff tracking for the major/minor player buffs as well as for target major/minor buffs/debuffs much like S'rendarr's tracking but instead of showing the skill name/icon/timer it showed a major/minor buff icon and timer?
@Garkin is this something that could be added to a feature for S'rendarr? or could it possibly be another stand alone addon itself?

✭Unless the buff is >30s accurate info is not provided by the API, and S'rendarr already show these buffs when the API provides them such as Major Brutality from Rally for example. All other information is based on your key presses and is as such "semi-accurate" and for other players, impossible to get.
Rumor has it that reliable and available information broke someone's immersion, so we'll never get that.1
