New Player Questions and Tips pls

I'm new to ESO and have some questions. I played beta extensively so I know some basics, like skyshards are awesome and crafting does not suck. I played the recent free weekend and like a crack addict I was hooked.

So I am level 14, Nord Templar. I'm playing something of a tank-mage type character, with heavy armor and 2 handed. So far I've played strictly solo.

My go to skills right now, I don't know names, are sun fire (single target fireball/dot), morphed solar flare (aoe fire), puncturing strikes (stabby stabby with giant golden spear), charge (2H skill), and healing ritual. Attributes are 50/50 magicka/health.

So some specific questions.

Are there any skills that are simply "must haves" for this type of character that I'm missing? If so, what and why?

Is there a way to find fair sell prices? I want to sell a blue quality medium armor gloves, but have no idea what to ask. Is 300 too much for a lvl 10 item? Too little? How do I find out?

How should my gear be enchanted? This should be obvious (running out of mana? Add magicka enchantments), but it's not. I run out of stamina more than mana even though I don't use much stamina skills. Things die however I tweak my gear and tge only time I die is when soloing world bosses, so it's really hard to tell where I am lacking.

Any general tips would be great as well. What things would you have suggested to your past self when you first started playing?

Thanks!

I don't understand why you're using 2handers if you're going for a Mage character or a Tank character, neither benefits from it.

As far as Tanking goes you'd be better off with Sword and Shield. Even a Magicka DPS would be better off with it, as you can make targets more vulnerable to magic with the Pierce Armor skill.

You can get addons like Master Merchant which will show you how much the item averages for across your guild stores. If you aren't in a trading guild, join one. There isn't really a lot of demand for level ten blue gloves though, if someone buys them it's only because they either want to deconstruct it for the mats or use it to research a trait if it has one.

General tips...when I first started playing I didn't care about crafted set gear and bonuses. Looking back I wish I had. Any set gear is better than none, and at later levels it starts to define your character.

    Look under the crafted section.

Are you blocking or rolling a lot? You can enchant jewelry with reduced blocking costs.

How about a website, like Wowhead shows the average auction price for items. I know ESO doesn't have an auction house so it's difficult to aggregate, but are there other resources online for pricing items?

Blue level 10 gloves have no market. Deconstruct for crafting xp. You might get someone to pay 200g if they need it right then and there but highly unlikely.

Ignore that guy who questioned your use of 2h. Solo content is very easy and it's advised that you level up every weapon line and every class skill. I suggest you use at least one of each armor type as well to level that up. Honestly I wouldn't worry about my gear at all and only use what is dropped.
