Lingering Flare Doesn't work.

"Launch a flare to reveal any stealthed enemies in the target area for 5 seconds."
"Exposed enemies cannot return to stealth for 8 seconds." (This is the part that doesn't work.)
I ran this on my utility bar for about a week to help me counter Shadow Cloak spam. It will reveal a cloaked Night Blade but they can cloak right back up even while standing in the middle of it. I really didn't like using up a slot for this skill, but after many hours of testing I realized it wasn't even working like it was supposed to anyway.
I switched over to detect pots but yeah, It doesn't work on Night Blades.
