Need help with Destro/Resto DK build

I haven't played the game since August 2014 and I came back to everything completely reset and I don't even remember what skills I used to use although it is probably obsolete now. I know its a cookie cutter build but I had fun with it when I didn't use my Dual Wield/Bow NB. If anyone could help me rebuild my guy for PVE/PVP that would be amazing. Thanks!
