It only takes a few PvErs to cry and complain for ZoS to jump immediately and change something perfectly fine for them.

If they change it to rank 5 I want undaunted shoulder/helm sets to get 50% drop chance for me because Im pvping to much and I can barely run one dungeon a day.

I don't understand why we would change the ranking to earn this ability? What happen to earning things in game? People want to many things without putting the time in game.

This thread is biased right from the start, I don't like that
This ability is actually way more useful in PvE and for that reason I will vote yes.
However I do think that there needs to be something worth while for us Cyrodillians to achieve at skill lvl10, this is just not it.
My real vote to to make it more accessible for Dungeoneers and make something real worth while for Cyrodillians to achieve, something that they will find more useful in PvP. ?Silence anyone?

So make it another thing that is easier to achieve by playing PvE than PvP? Why not for once make it the other way round? Genuinely interested in an answer, here.

    Um..No. No..and no.

Why are most polls only about "I WANT THINGS EASIER!!!"? :p

The alliance war abilities are available to all who reaches the end game in the conflict.
There are no CoA gear droping in Cyrodiil every night...... (why should they?).
    You have to EARN them.

Making some abilities and achievement account bound is silly.
ESO would be dull like WoW if you got everything in 2 weeks then had nothing to do......

Where are the question and polls like:
"Level 1-49 was to damn easy! Add value by making the solo instances more challenging!".

Asking for better content. More quality AND worth to get?

Events like the fighter/Mage guild story line was great. But, by nerfing it so hard that some players complains about the Veteran area content being "To hard"? This MUST ring alarm bells?

You gain Veteran status. You reached the "End game". And....it should be so easy that you can watch TV and eat dinner while you do it?

    Not really, right?

Isn't "end game" some kind of challenging events that balance risk vs reward and well...player skill?

CoA, the Dragon Arena and the whole damn Cyro is great! You woun't leave there without marks......
Good rewards if you do well. Do nothing or...press just buttons, you don't do so well.

This is why changing abilities to easy access ruins your game.

The problem with active abilities is that you can hardly even call it "endgame" if you don't have the option to slot important skills at all. Player skill should be rewarded, as you say, but that's exactly the point, you should be able to make your build work like everyone else before getting your first 7.4kk AP or how much exactly it takes. Some passives with some, but rarely deciding impact are there already, like Battle Roar or Reach, that's okay, but locking the only stamina heal that is usable without a 2 hander slotted in the game behind a several months grind is NOT okay.

And someone needs to say it. THERE IS NO PVP or PVE PLAYERS:

We take on ESO and do what we find interesting. Don't like crafting? Don't. But then you dont get the rewards from crafting. Don't like PvP? Don't. But then no rewards from there....shall I go on?

Vigor is ridiculous. Ppl with vigor never die. Unless you have a full out balls to the wall dps spec, dpsing through vigor is hard. So if everyone had it, this games pvp would just be a whole other version of stupid.

    1. You are wrong. If you have problems "dpsing through vigor", you'll be unable to do it against any magicka build with a shield and/or heal, too.
    2. Locking overpowered abilities away is not the way to go anyway, but to nerf them if they are indeed overpowered.

Personally, I don't like the AoE HoT, I think it should provide a health regen buff. Since that is pretty pointless, that morph that no one uses could have a minor magicka regen or speed buff or sth.

Vigor is a strong skill, yes. But OP? No... If you can permadodge your Rally + potion is enough, too. Against whips Vigor could be more important, but against dodgeable attacks it is imo nice to have, not a must have.
I have to say that my stamina NB is just V4 and I have not tested stamina with Vigor on my DK for a long time. My source are stamina NBs that have access to Vigor and can compare the feeling with and without.

ZoS had a great concept with Cyrodiil and completely dropped the ball on it's implementation and upkeep. I doubt you will find even one person left that will defend ZoS in regards to Cyro, and I have little doubt that ZoS is very aware of that. I myself was a huge ZoS defender and ESO fanboy until around November or so when I just couldn't deal with the lack of caring from the company. I'm not alone in this thought. I still play ESO but not to the extent I used to and at this point it's only because of good people I run with regularly, sadly even some of those have quit ESO entirely.
For me, it's the flow. All the keeps are cookie cutter, and there's so much downtime when fighting. I love the PVP (the actual FIGHTING is amazing), but it's the getting to the fight that suck, it's the lag, it's the inability to push back if there's a population imbalance, it's the fact that some classes/builds can take so much damage five people fighting a single target can't quite take them down...

The potential is there, but ZOS really has seemed to have dropped the ball in improving/updating PVP across the board. And the Imperial City won't make things better, because if that's the only place you can get the new motifs (which was hinted at) that's the ONLY place people are going to want to be, and that'll further disrupt Cyrodiil even more.

I can't get anything from PvP that is a 1 item set boost, like PvE helm/shoulder sets. I have a chance, after a month of busting my ass, to get v14 master weapons, where pve'rs can run vdsa daily. Screw them wanting decent pvp skills for practically nothing.

I was fine with Vigor being a rank 10 skill. But I find to reason to fuss -- unlike many in this thread it seems -- over it being dropped to rank 5. So what if more people thus gain access to it? I prefer challenge in PvP over facerolling casuals. More stamina builds having access to Vigor means more of them become sustainable, thus adding challenge. It also means the NB I'm leveling won't have to grind to rank 24 before she converts to stamina :).

the proble is its being the most powerfull AE hot (4x the amount of players beeing affected) with awefully low costs generating 2k tics making bigger blops complety dmg imun again as everything is instantly covered by 20k+ HPS...

I voted yes, but really my feelings aren't represented here. 1. I don't think "one of the most powerful stam skills in the game" should be behind a AR10 wall just to make pvp players feel special (Yes, I pvp) -- no other skill line in the game takes as long to level up (even the guild lines). 2. It's also kind of silly that it's so hard to open up for anyone that plays more than one character. 3. The skill is a bit too strong IMO. & 4. I never felt it should be an All. War skill to begin with - all AW skills focus mostly on PvP use with some niche PvE uses except this one - it's an all around, good stam heal, I always felt it should have taken the place of Trap Beast in Fighter's Guild and that skill should have gone away. Then put something under AW10 that is more AW focused.

His change needs to happen yesterday... even if its rank 6 or 7. To the op saying rank 5 in a few days... some people have lives and do not play 20hrs a day. Casual players should not be penalized because you want it to take a year to get. Unless you think resto staff skills should take a year to train as well.

That is a nonsense argument. Casual players do not 'penalized', they just play less. By your logic, casual players should get more of everything, just because they play less. If you want your precious PvE armor sets, you will have to invest in PvE. If you want your precious PvP skills, you will have to invest in PvP. Getting to Rank 5 is not even close to being an investment.
