NB Bow DPS?

I've been trying to look at various builds/versions of a NB Bow DPS for 1.6 but I can't seem to really get my DPS up where it should be...
Atm VR13 NB doing around 5-6k DPS single-target. Going to hit VR14 within the next 1-2 days, so don't worry about sets I won't be able to use/obtain

Abilities:
Bar 1: Focused Aim, Magnum Shot, Scorched Earth, Funnel Health, Bombard. Ulti: Meteor or Flawless Dawnbreaker

Bar 2: Random stuff for whatever I want to level up. Atm Destro staff.

Attributes:
10 Magicka 21 Health 30 Stamina

Mundus: The Thief
Weapon Crit: 43.7%
Weapon Damage: 1200
Health: 14k
Magicka: 10k
Stamina: 16k

Gear:
4 Archer's Mind, 3 Air
Jewelry: All Reduce Stamina cost of abilities and add max stamina.

This is a build I've kinda stuck with ever since I started playing ESO, and I'm really noticing the 1.6 update. It worked alright before the update but has since gone completely down the tubes, haha.
Anyone have any good tips?
I've looked into different sets, but if anyone has any specific ones I should try out, do let me know. I'm also currently a ww, looking to change that to vamp for Bat Swarm Ulti.

Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated!

My weapon damage is ass, and I'm well aware of it, haha.
Looking into a few sets to hopefully fix that, but got any tips, perhaps?

If you are wanting your pew pew damage right up at full spaz, glass canon spec. Then it's all in for stamina, 7 medium and using sets like shadow walker, hundigs rage etc (seen a few good builds also using sentry set with a certain play style)
Flawless dawnbreaker and the war horn morph, plus if you've got enough CP, tipping 30 into the one that gives you the crit bonus seems to be what a few of the 'known'glass cannons are doing.
