Can someone help me?

I have a VR12 Dunmer Nightblade who, when I played last year, absolutely dominated the battlefield in PvP. I took a hiatus for a while because my rig was destroyed in a flood last summer. When I finally came back about a month ago, I tried playing PvP and got totally wrecked. I could really use some pointers from other Nightblades as to what has changed, why this setup no longer works, and what I can do to improve my damage output. Thank you :)

Build:
Full Legendary Medium;Legendary Dual Wield Daggers
5 pieces Hunding's Rage, 3 pieces Night Mother's Gaze
60 points in Stamina
Armor/Weapon Traits: Infused/Sharpened
Armor/Weapon Enchants: Legendary Add Stam/Legendary Reduce Armor
Jewelry: Add Stamina, legendary Increase Weapon Damage
All Dual Wield Passives
All Nightblade Passives
All Medium Armor Passives
All Racial Passives
Active skills: Ambush, Surprise Attack, Killer's Blade, Piercing Mark, Rapid Strikes

With this build, I could kill anyone in 2-3 hits if I attacked from stealth last summer. Emps might take 4 :p Since I've been back, however, it seems like this setup hits about as hard as a wet noodle...

    1. Night Mother's gear gives lotsa crit, however crit now less effective (damage-wise) than weapon power. Hunding's 5-piece bonus makes it a very viable set. Got take a look at Fextralife's wiki and find a replacement for Night Mother's. Morag Tong items and Shadow Walker rings will help you maximize your weapon power.

    2. 60 points stamina - I bet you are super-squishy. Nowadays, 20k hp seems to be the minimum health pool to prevent getting 1 or 2-shotted. Moreover, having a massive resource pool is less important than it used to be. Without softcaps (removed in patch 1.6), it is extremely easy to achieve high regen stats. You can rely on this regen to continuously cast skills, and you can forego the nominal boost that extra stamina gives to weapon power.

    3. Stamina regen on you jewelry - Reduce cost is much better for managing your resources than stamina regen.

As far as NB specific skills & setup are concerned, my V1 NB toon doesn't make me an expert, especially when ganking. However, the 3 suggestions above should help immensely. The more time you spend in-game, and thus the more champion points you earn, you will achieve better results both offensively and defensively.

stam hits so hard right now (even hits pretty hard on heavy armor) that you can sacrifice some weapon dmg for stam regen on armor sets and be better off
