Why do Great Swords give more of a spell damage bonus compared to a staff? Is this working as intended or a bug?

Tanis-Stormbinder✭✭✭✭✭Will test it out. After loading both a Great sword, Dual swords and staff of same quality, these are the numbers I get with my current armor set. A Staff gives me a SPB (spell damage bonus) of 1,290, Dual wield gives a SPB of 1314, and Great sword a whopping 1375 SPB. Again not sure why a staff doesn't top the test, but maybe someone can explain it to me.Edited by Tanis-Stormbinder on 16 April 2015 12:170
