How are people instantly vanishing into stealth from dodge roll?

Ok so I've been wondering this for a while. Dodge roll has a skill bar timeout. You can't cast cloak while dodge rolling and there is a delay between when the roll finishes and you can cast cloak. It's not instant but somehow people are vanishing at the end of the roll without the delay. If you cast cloak before the roll, the roll breaks your cloak. If you try to activate stealth while rolling you still hit a delay at the end of the roll. No matter what combination I come up with I hit a delay at the end of dodge roll or am knocked out of stealth, yet I see so many NB vanishing during a roll with no delay. What is the trick? Have these people figured out a way to animation cancel a roll? In essence these people roll vanish, roll vanish, roll vanish, where as I roll <delay> vanish.what gives?

Are they cloak-vanishing, pot-vanishing, or crouch-vanishing? If you can tell.

So I've eliminated pot vanishing because there is a timer and they are able to do it in rapid succession. I'm pretty sure they are cloak vanishing. where's in my own tests, crouch takes too long for the eye to close. In addition they would be detected in combat. Now maybe some combination of cloaking into a crouch is possible but it doesn't explain the non delay of the roll.

Could be... I haven't taken note of time of day, but I see it frequently it's making head scratch.

Have you timed when you go stealth in combo with an observer? I've not, but it would be interesting to see. Just maybe, the one cloaking doesn't get full hidden confirmation or cloak, but they may still disappear to someone observing.

There are many flaws in stealth (in addition to cloak) as we all know. I've noticed that I'm able to re-stealth in certain situations that do not seem to be WAI. And I'm guessing this may be something similar. If it's a flaw, we may not get a lot of help from the community though .

Well I know you can roll as you are fading into crouch-stealth. You have to press Ctrl (or w.e your crouch key is) and as the eye is closing, you can roll without it interrupting your fade into stealth. Also I'm pretty sure you can cast spells while rolling, heard a lot of people complaining and such. My cloak is on my bow bar for the rollspeed as an escape, and I use them in tandum but I couldn't tell you what it looks like honestly. I usually have no issue with this delay you're talking about tho. I roll, cloak (cloak like 3 times cuz it breaks obviously and then I'm out of magicka because stam build) then roll, roll, rapid maneuver. I've never thought "damn, let me cloak already" so I'm pretty sure I'm not experiencing this delay. I've only ever thought "god damn it, I have to cloak 7 times to get it to last 1 second total."
