Vision Quest at Shad Astula

Anyone else bugging on the Vision Quest at Shad Astula? I've completed it twice with no issues, but am now bugging when I get thrown into the cell. I talked to the two NPCs, then tried the gate, which triggers the guard to appear but he just stands in one spot. I tried abandoning the quest altogether and just porting out of the cell while not abandoning the quest, but nothing works.
