This is what I call the Legion build I am currently running on my level 12 hybrid, sorc/tank Argonian.
Dark Magic: Crystal Shard 4, Encase 4, Unholy Knowledge 1
Daedric Summoning: Unstable Clannfear 1, Summon Storm Atronach 3, Power Stone 1
Storm Calling: Endless Fury 1, Capacitator 1
One Hand/Shield: Puncture 4, Fortess 1
Heavy Armor: Resolve 2, Constitution 1, Juggernaut 1
World: Consuming Trap 1
Racial: Amphibous 1
Alchemy: Keen Eye 1
Blacksmithing: Metalworking2, Keen Eye 1
My main line of attack with this build, is to open combat up with a crystal shard, then charge in with the clannfear while hitting with endless fury, or consuming trap, before finally using the puncture. It seems to work fairly well, as I haven't have much difficulty in taking anyone down. The atronach is useful to help against the bosses. Encase though I am unsure on, since I rarely use it, and don't really know how I could incorporate it into the theme I'm going for.
