2 Qs about vr14

Hi,

As I haven't gotten all the way to vr14 yet I have a few questions:


1. Does the "battle level" in Cyrodiil apply to vr14 (namely the +5k hp)?

2. How much in terms of numbers does one need for fire resistance as a vampire at vr14? Right now, at vr4, I have all 3 jewelry enchanted with epic fire resist glyphs for a total of 4950 fire-resist, and on top of this I have almost 10% in reduced damage from fire from the Champion System... How much is enough, and what is the cap?

As a vampire, you will always take significantly more damage from fire. I think you went a little over kill on your fire resist on your jewelry and should use other enchantments. Maybe use 1-2 fire enchantments if completely necessary. Some people have chosen the race 'Dark Elf' which gives an even bigger fire resistance.

battle level is not applied to veteran rank characters, but they still get the extra 5K HP. the extra 5K HP is not applied via battle level.

As for the fire resistance... I have had many people tell me the jewelry really does not make that much of a difference:/ but idk.

Simple test on the fire resistance. Find a PVE NPC caster that casts fire damage AOE's and see in your damage log how much damage is done with 3 pieces on, 2 pieces and so forth. That will give you an idea if stacking them is working.

curious about this too. I had to cure my vamp to get through vet CoA event with 3 pieces of epic/legendary fire resist jewelry.
