Champion Point Question: The Tower and The Lover
Hi everyone! 
In the Tower, you could put CPs to reduce costs of abilities/spells.
On the other hand, in the Lover you could put CPs to increase regeneration.
I know what each of these do. But is one of them better than the other? Or does it depend on particular situation/roles? Thanks for your help!
