Text to speech?

Is there a mod that allows anything said in group to be spoken w/ windows voice, microsoft Sam/Mary? I have a program that works w/ EQ and hoping someone has come up w/ something like that. Kinda tough to keep a eye on group chat while in battle.

Not that i am aware of, You could always try enlarging the text size and resizing the chat window. Other than that.. Voice chat?

Thanks, I tryed voice chat on a couple games, it has it's down side, as in; overly chatty ppl. It sure be nice to have something like EQWatcher for ESO.
Text to speech chat filters like /group only or /friend only should be do-able. Hope this gives someone w/ the skill an idea to make something like this.

Without peeking a nose in process memory with a 3rd party app I see no way that coming.

I've been trying to get EQWatcher to work w/ ESO's /chatlog, but not having any luck. Is /chatlog a one time dump to file and not a active transfer of data? or am I missing something simple?
