Seeking Advice: NB magicka DPS build

I am about to respect my main (Nightblade) into a magicka build to help with shifting roles in end game PVE (assemble gear to switch between DPS/Tank/Heals). I hope to get into PVP with him too. I would like to be strong enough for gold vet pledges & DSA. For his DPS spec I am looking at the following:

Single Target Plan
Impale (finisher, gives assassination passives)
Concealed weapon (base spam ST attack)
Strife (self- heal/survivability, ranged damage)

I have been thinking about the following for the 4th & 5th ability:

• Shadowy disguise (guaranteed critical and a bit of damage mitigation, plus I like it)
  
• Cripple (nice DOT & + mobility)
• Innerlight (+magicka, + critical; don’t like because passive)
• Degeneration (Major sorcery buff, empower buff, seems a killer combination)
• Twin slashes (Stamina dump + decent DOT + heal)

AOE Plan
Lotus Fan (closer AOE DOT)
Path of Darkness (AOE DOT + heal + shadow barrier)
SAP Essence (AOE + heal + major sorcery & brutality)
Mirage (mitigation)

For the 5th ability I was thinking

• Spiked bone shield (mitigation, damage, stamina dump)
• Whirlwind (Stamina dump + AOE damage)
• Volcanic rune (AOE damage, mitigation, might of the guild buff)
• Innerlight (+magicka, + critical; don’t like because passive)

If anyone has suggestions I would love the help. Also suggestions for good links for magicka NB DPS builds would be great.
