Combat melee is sadly not fun anymore

Pervert effect from the 1.6 softcaps removed : melee combat is not fun anymore.

- perma dodge rollers,
- perma absorbers,
- perma blockers,

this is what you get for going in melee range.

Devs, is there any fixes going in to get the melee combat fun again in pvp ?
