Can a DK healer still be viable at vet level?

Recently, I got a little bored and so began to experiment a little with some new characters. I created a DK, solely for the purpose that she would became a healer, and tonight I was group healer in all 3 starter dungeons and it went surprisingly well! It wasn't too different to healing with my Templar really, other than it being a little more work with directing heals (I did miss a few skills quite a bit) and a few new skills in the Earthen Heart line which came in really useful 
I just wanted to ask how viable she would be when she reaches higher level content? Are there any DK healers out there that are doing well at higher levels? Or is this a lost cause...

Mumnoch✭✭✭From what I understand they are a close 2nd/3rd for best healer atm. Tied with Nightblade just behind Templar.1 -
Dragnelus✭✭✭At launch I had a vr1 dk healer. It was hard I stopped playing thought I would wait till the healing guild comes out.
Now I tried it with the unlimited eso. And its fun and really good. Bone surge gives 8% more healing and Igneous Shield gives 30% more healing.1
