looking for bit of advice on NB Tank/healer

ok so I've done the whole dps NB dual/bow and as a friend of mine has come to ESO from another game I went to roll a new toon so we could play together. I had found in game that the skill set for NB let me act as a back up tank in a pinch when running some of the group delvs while the healer was res'n the tank and as it's a new toon wanted to do something a lil different so this is my plan at moment

was thinking of making a HA Twilight Embrace set (stam enchants) and trying for belt/hood ring x2 and neck from Vestments of the Warlock (magic enchanted LA/orns until i do) and hp food buffs
I'm hoping the passive buffs from siphoning skill line will work well with the healing side so i can switch between roles as and when we need for it often case you can either find a tank right away or a healer right away but never both. Plus with it ben a NB i ca later build in assasin path to get some good dps options (piercing mark, grim focus etc) t let me add in a 3rd weapon once I'm higher and have more skill points to round out my utility. As im not realy a tank or healer by nature tho I hoping I could maybe get some word on if I've gone right way with the skills im picking to useful more on the healing side as i think for aggro holding bosses I should be fine but any word on betr skill picks or tips for when im planing would be greatly appreciated.
