Radiant Destruction doesn't do more damage than any other execute. 16k damage over 3 seconds isn't that bad when there are plenty of abilities that can do that in one hit.

"Some temps" doing something doesn't mean it is right. I made a video for you. You can watch it and see that the largest of the execute bonus doesn't kick in until under 30%. The reason you see temps doing it at 50% is because our other class ranged damage options are so bad that our execute can pretty much competes with them even before execute range.

Are you serious? Did you even look at the dps meters(I have two of them up?) I could do 8-9kdps or more just spamming force pulse alone.
