Whats the closest build to a Enhancement and/or Elemental Shaman from WoW?

Hands down my favorite class in WoW while I played it, before they ruined it in WoD ofcourse... Been lurking around here, trying to theorycraft my own builds with my limited, nooby knownledge of this game. So I thought I'd ask if anyone have a build similar to the Shaman in WoW.

Hopefully the spellcrafting system will let me be able to make some melee-friendly spells/passives :) Too bad the Destruction Expert passive doesnt work while wearing something else except the staff :(

So any suggestions?

Second note, will the spellcrafting system allow me to make spells that attaches to weapons? Like giving my attacks a chance to attack 3 times in a row? *cough* Or infuse a spell into my weapon, giving my weapon a chance to cast the spell when im attacking. Or something like that

It's the question of equipment. Weapon enchants and some sets bonuses (Like ashen grip 5 set or some vet pledge drops - http://tamrielfoundry.com/dungeon-sets/). In addition templars have passive burning light.

Greeting OP. I'm glad you asked this question! There are multiple ways to go about answering it. The biggest problem I personally ran across with building MY enhancement shamman was that ALL THE CLASSES OFFER SHAMAN LIKE ABILITIES at least when compared to wow.

Ok so first well take a peek at the dragonknight: Dragon knight has obsidian shield/ magma weapons/ inner light. But they don't have the major defining massive heal that the shaman had for keeping your butt alive. Although they DO have the best mitigations in the game. Lots of fire abilities here, most of which are melee range. Perfect for enhancement shaman! So go dual weild, heavy stamina and off bar lightning destro staff for "lightning" thrown into the mix.

Next is templar: Only real thing the templar has here is the major heal for shaman type build. Probably best made as dual destro/ fire, lightning. Or fire, frost. Heavy magicka

Next sorc: This ones a great one, buuuuut not many abilities resemble shaman from wow. We have a lightning elemental, but meh...also the lightning toggle ultimate is very close. Probably best with fire staff/ lightning staff/ or two handed ( old school enhancement from BC if thats what you want)

Next NB: This dude really doesn't have anything...sorry but still a great class to play. Just nothing elemental about him
So personally I would chose dragon knight. Could be very fun, just don't don't expect your spells to do significant damage. Spell crafting would seriously help make this build great.
