Hotfix 3/24 – Trials XP Changes

Today we pushed a hotfix that reversed the significant XP-increase in Trials that we introduced in patch 2.0.2. The new XP value for killing monsters and completing events in Trials is now double what it was before patch 2.0.2. This is a temporary fix while we work on a more detailed solution—this change was necessary to prevent exploitive behavior in Trials that we began seeing as a result of the new 2.0.2 XP values introduced yesterday.
This hotfix does not require you to patch or re-log, and only impacts the increased XP values for Trials. It does not change the 50% increase in XP earned in Cyrodiil that was in patch 2.0.2.
Thank you for your understanding. We will continue to investigate the best way to increase the XP earned in both dungeons and Trials.
