I think many can agreed with that one of the annoying things about the vampire is the short cd on the feeding in vampiresstage 1 - Why not make it to a fun thing right now as it is you can only feed on something if its not stun or anything like that, this makes it almost imporsseble to feed on somebody in pvp
if you open up a little bit on the narrow window you have for feeding on a person maybe like this: you can feed on them if they are in stunned possition then it would be fun to feed in pvp and don't have to leave the fight because you have to feed.
