Highest Magic based build/class

I am a dps/magic type lover.

What class best supports this these days?

Shader_Shibes

Altmer has a higher Magicka pool through racials iirc.

Oh, and Breton.

Classes for Magicka go by what element you want so to speak, or what type of mage you're after.

DK is Pyromage

Sorc Lightning Mage

NB is a Blood or Shadow Mage

Templar is a light based Pyro or Solar Mage.

As for races, if you really want to maximize, Breton and Altmer are your best choices

All classes support spellcasting, though Dragonknights are mostly melee when it comes to spells.

I would roll a breton sorc if I were you - I think it fits nicely with your playstyle - or Altmer and come AD xD

DK make the best pyromancer dude due to their buff to fire DMG.

Well dum/DK make the best PBAoE but isn't sorc remain the best single target spell caster ?

Well at leats solo sorc have a lot of tool for a magic user.
