Help with healer templar plzz

Its been a few months since I play so Im quite lost right now, and I could use some help with my V7 templar, Ive look for some builds but they all seem outdated, and I dont know if right now I need to go full light armor, heavy armor, a mix of those, which weapon use, which skill bars use,go full mana of stamina, which champion talents pick for pve healing!!...like you see im completly lost xD.

Look for 1.6 patch builds. There is no significant changes between 1.6 and 2.01.

Well, there are plenty of good/great Templar healers, but I will give you the build I use. Obviously I am not fully maxed as I have crafted gear and the like.

BAR #1
Breath Of Life
Healing Springs
Combat Prayer
Efficient Purge
Inner Light

ULTI = Solar Prism

BAR #2
BoL
Healing Springs
Luminous Shards
Spell Symmetry (Or something else, depending on the run)
Inner Light

I use Seducer Gear / Twighlight's Embrace (Although I am working on the Magnus Set) All my glyphs are extra Magicka/Reduced Spell Cost/Magicka Regen. As for the CS distribution:

THIEF:
Magician
Arcanist

WARRIOR:
Light Armor
Spell Shield

MAGE:
Elfborn
Blessed
