shades of grey is it broken

it says to cleanse the undead and its near a castle icon in driladen pass part of the greenshade map

I have tried to kill everything several times over but cant seem to get the quest to move on. not sure if I need a whole team to slaughter the whole area fast fast or if its broken

Shades of Green is an umbrella quest that exists to make sure you complete all the necessary objectives in the northern section of Greenshade:

• Retaking the Pass at Driladan Pass
• Right of Theft at Dread Vullain
• The Blight of the Bosmer at Verrant Morass

Once all three parts are done, you travel to Hectahame to complete the Greenshade story.
